Stress Management and Emotional Release with Yoga

The public is invited to attend a complimentary Sunday evening program with
Diane Cantiello. This class will focus on freeing ourselves of tension in the body by using simple techniques such as controlled breathing, meditation, physical movement, mental imagery, and stretching.
Diane is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Her classes focus on moving with the breath, discovering and trusting in one’s true nature, opening our hearts, having a sense of humor, not taking life too seriously, and being in the moment.
This complimentary program is open to everyone and includes instruction and practice of meditation. Everyone is welcome to come earlier, at 5:00 pm, for a complimentary sample yoga class.
