Woodbury Middle School Annual Turkey Shoot

Woodbury Middle School will host the fifth annual “Turkey Shoot” on Thursday, November 29 at the Woodbury Middle School gym from 6 to 8 p.m. This free throw basketball event is sponsored by the WMS Warrior Council in collaboration with Parents in the Middle and raises money for events at WMS. The event is open to Region 14 students and parents in grades 2 through 8.
Pre-registration is not required. Attendees should come and get in line. Students in grades 2 through 4 shoot from 6 to 7 ONLY. The cost is $2.00 per shoot (which includes 20 shots). Each teams consist of one child and one parent/guardian.
Basketballers can win all the makings for a great Thanksgiving dinner – 16 out of 20 shots in wins a turkey, 12 out of 20 shots in wins a pie, 9 out of 20 shots in wins a bag of stuffing, and 6 out of 20 shots in wins a dinner delight item of your choice (cranberry sauce, olives, can of pumpkin pie filling, etc.). Proceeds will go to benefit future Warrior Council events and activities for WMS students.
