Chiefs With Character: Michael Classey

Michael Classey is a senior at Nonnewaug High School, and was nominated by library media specialist Todd Gorski. Here’s why Michael Classey was chosen as one of the Chiefs of Character for October 2017:

Mike exemplifies the term “team player” in AP Seminar. He is charismatic, enthusiastic, studious, compassionate and encouraging. He takes the toughest group projects in stride, working well with others and ensuring that each member does their best.

He has given 110% to his presentations, memorizing his content and delivering his speeches while constantly engaging his audience.

Outside of school, Mike maintains a busy schedule volunteering as a youth hockey coach, serving as captain of his ice hockey team, creating award-winning videos for Video Production, and working at El Camion.
