Chiefs With Character: Phoebe Hale

Phoebe Hale is a junior at Nonnewaug High School and was nominated by English department chair Jessica McKay. Here’s why Phoebe was chosen as one of the Chiefs With Character for June 2018:

Phoebe is a student who works exceptionally hard.  In AP Seminar this year, the entire team watched how she grew in her presentation skills.

During her AP Seminar Final Exam Presentation last week, she rose to the occasion and became the example.  After her presentation, you could hear students saying that she really “raised the bar.”

The AP Seminar team is incredibly proud of her.  Phoebe Hale certainly isn’t “quiet” anymore!
