Chiefs With Character: Sarah Dingwell

Sarah Dingwell is a junior at Nonnewaug High School and was nominated by World languages teacher Kate Peterson. Here’s why Sarah Dingwell was chosen as one of the Chiefs With Character for May 2018:

Sarah Dingwell is a caring supportive 11th grader.  She is a dedicated student of NHS.  She is always thinking of the needs of others.  She will bake chocolate chip cookies for a friend to brighten their day.

Sarah is often found after school helping out a teacher in an extra project.  If needed, she will offer to help without hesitation. For example, she helped an English teacher move dusty books during renovation.  She is also helping to create a French video to assist teachers in Rwanda, Africa.

This incredible student comes with a black belt in karate, too!
