CTV-192 Offering Free Video Production Training for Woodbury Residents

CTV-192 Community Television in Newtown is offering Woodbury residents free video production training opportunities in its Newtown studios. The 13-week class starts on Sept. 20, and you will learn about studio production, control room operations, field production, and video/audio editing over 13-weeks.

CTV is people-powered, so if you want to gain experience to enhance job skills or just want to share something in your community and learn how to do it, this is the place for you. This free opportunity is open to anyone over the age of 17 in Charter’s 14-town service area.

CTV-192 has been providing custom and advanced free training classes in video production for over 20 years. Programs on music, art, politics, news, weather and more can all be found on your local channel and are being produced by members of the local community.

Charter Communications’ Spectrum CTV-192 can be seen in the following Western Connecticut towns: Bethlehem, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Kent, Monroe, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Roxbury, Sherman, Southbury, Trumbull, Washington, and Woodbury. We also stream the channel Live at www.goctv192.com.
