El Camion Restaurant Burglarized

WOODBURY – El Camion Restaurant was burglarized sometime between the hours of 4:30 p.m. on April 25 and 9 a.m. on April 26.

According to a police report, an unknown person got away with a small safe containing $800 and an iPad.

The unknown person broke the left side window of El Camion’s taco truck, and took a toolbox that was inside it. The side door of the restaurant was then pried open and the interior of the restaurant was ransacked, according to the police report.

The case is under investigation.

El Camion is the third commercial business in Woodbury to report a robbery in April. On April 1, someone broke into Southwood Auto Parts and stole $550. Constantine’s reported a robbery that took place either April 3 or 4.
