DeBellis has been the Chef at John’s Café for 19 years, and the owner for almost four.
“Cooking and eating has been my passion my whole life, so it was only natural to want to start my own business,” says DeBellis.
At his restaurant at 693 Main St. S., DeBellis and his staff we make all of its own pastas, bake its breads and desserts, and grills all grilled items with natural hardwood charcoal on a Big Green Egg grill.
“People should visit John’s Café because they with be served great food by a caring and friendly staff,” says Debellis, who added that the secret to John’s success is hard work, a good staff, and a supportive family.
John’s Café has a menu full of intriguing appetizers and entrees made from fresh, mostly locally-grown meats and produce. John’s also offers an ever-changing list of wine and dinner specials, and DeBellis allows customers to request their own twist on any of its offerings.
