WOODBURY – The parties have begun at Woodbury Brewing Company. And if all goes well, the town’s highly-anticipated gathering spot will open to the public on December 8 at 738 Main St. S.
Woodbury Brewing Company held its second private soft-opening party on Sunday, and a third one is scheduled for Thursday. The idea is to work out all the kinks before they officially open for business, and to thank the family and friends who have supported the owners along the way.
When it officially open for business, Woodbury Brewing Company expects be open from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday. Through a partnership with neighboring Annoula’s Diner, the “kitchen hours” will be 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
Woodbury Brewing Company does not have its own kitchen. However, food ordered at Woodbury Brewing Company will be seamlessly delivered by Annoula’s.
Food items include Buffalo Wings, Fried Pickles, salads, gyros, and the WBC Signature Burger, and an expansive kids menu.
Due to federal permitting laws and delays, Woodbury Brewing Company will not immediately be serving its own beers. However, it does have 16 craft beers on tap, including locally-made brews from Black Hog Brewing, Two Roads Brewery, Stony Creek Brewery, and New England Brewing Company.
Woodbury Brewing Company also offers specialty drinks such as the Red Headed Whiskey Sour, the Smoked Chili Manhattan, and the Cocoa Old Fashioned.
This will be the second dining establishment to open in Woodbury in the past week. Last week, Max Prime Steakhouse, Fish & Sushi Bar opened its doors in the former home of Carmen Anthony’s Fishhouse.
